Thermal-XR® do?

Thermal-XR® HVAC Coating System restores the conductivity of corroded heat-exchange surfaces and maintains new units at peak performance. By leveraging the physics of GMG Graphene, it coats and protects coils and plates while rebuilding lost thermal conductivity and increasing the heat-transfer rate.

Corrosion protection

GMG Graphene forms an impervious layer that prevents oxygen from reaching the metal, eliminating corrosion. Its water repellency adds further protection.

Thermal emissivity

Graphene increases the heat emissivity of aluminum by a factor of 8,6.

Energy savings

Improved heat transfer helps reduce compressor operation times, leading to lower energy consumption.

Superior heat transfer and protection

Thermal-XR® Enhance

A direct-to-metal, heat-conductive coating powered by GMG Graphene. It enables increased heat dissipation within a thin coating layer — protecting both RTPF (round tube plate fin) and MCHC (microchannel) coils from accelerated corrosion damage.
